you can go a few routes with this..personnaly if I were u..Id find a local airbrush artist that does t shirts..the "paint" itself is more of a fabric dye..once you hit it with a blow drier its on for good..Im sure a good artist wouldnt charge ya much more than the cost of Canadian case of beer(or in your case let em off with next ticket ..lol)!!!or if you have a local graphic shop..a stencill can be made for you for only a few dollars of anything u like(I take it the badge)..with the stencill it would be very detailed and easy to do your self with plain fabric dye..the airbrush route would be your best bet for the $$$ and a good artist could make that look VERY GOOD!!!another option is to have a "crest" made up by a local embroidery shop and just patch it on with adhesive..the ideas are endless..and thanx..now ya got me thinkin of doin sumthin!!!
