Mastectomy

Here's video of how to repair a bumper; note the it's done from the inside.

I scrounged at the body shops (they seldom even try to fix bumpers) and found a piece of similarly curved bumper. I cut the 'tits' off/out with a jigsaw, cut the donor pieces to fit, and used those as inserts, (ya can heat the pieces to get 'em to fit just right) and welded them per the video above.

I guess I should do a "how to" on the mastectomy and the moulding of the lower insert...
