First Post - upgrade question
i would not necessarily use JL for the entire system since there are better options on the market in the price range....i used to be an installer for a JL rep so no hatred here
i would suggest against the cleansweep and use the Audiocontrol 6.1, a much better processor, cheaper, and much better sound and build over all. i have had a lengthy discussion with another member here named Harpozep who went with a kenwood processor and i am almost sure he would be more satisfied with the Audiocontrol unit. he complains that the Kenwood unit has the same "over processing" issues.

you may not believe me but i purchased a set of Phoenix Gold RSD Components for $87 shipped off of ebay. they sound similar to Focal Polyglass components. at least midbass wise and the tweet is a little brighter than the Focal A1 series. Overall for the price on ebay and sound their value far outweigh the JL Comp's.
whats your budget? i bet i can save you at least $300 and it sound better than the system you have pieced together. I did this for a living (install/sales) for many years up until a few months ago when i went blue collar.
PM me and we can get something nice for you.

the issue with the Cleansweep is that it processes the system so much that in effect you need 2-3 times more power than you started with to get that oomph you were looking for. JL makes great amps/subs, but their speakers are mediocre for the price and their processors are...well new technology to them.
