I am not a pro at this by a longshot. But, I would suggest comps in the front. Replacing the headunit is a must. My system has been done for five years...and must say it still holds it own. I wanted to keep it looking as stock as possible, so all stock speaker grilles kept. Small Alpine headunit, Alpine type R comps in the front, type R's in the back doors, amps installed on the back of the backseats so they still fold up upright, and a couple of tens in the back. dont forget to dynamat...

I dynamated the front & rear i used high end infinity kapa front & rear and it sounds amazing!
