Is it possible to change the tuning step FM stations from 200 kHz to 100 kHz
In my country, FM stations are placed in 100 kHz.
Lots of good stations I can not listen.

You would have to have a radio repair shop answer that.
For music get a cord for your IPod or tablet , but for radio load your tablet with the radio stations app to play thru your cord to the radio system

 

Couldn't you also get a custom receiver aftermarket?

 

Probably a lot cheaper to just go aftermarket.
