Ohh sorry!!, I wa slooking for the guide parking cabling and goodle search bring me to this threads , but I solve the issues with the cable but now the guide parking cable is cut at the end by the rust, when I remove the old cable I pull the guide was broken that is why the cable on driver side always more long that the other one, just I need to find that parts that according with https://www.gmpartsgiant.com/, the part number is
GM Part No.:25852579 Guide Asm-Parking Brake Cable, But is discontinue so I will need to find the part here I attached this part but I don't know where.

any help will be great, is for the driver side... thanks

I solve the issues, the parking cable work perfectly now, block the rear tire at the same level perfectly, closing this threads

 

I have no idea what this means. There is nothing you can do to the tire that will affect the parking brake.
