Ride quality is subjective. Two people will probably have two different opinions. Lowering a vehicle, will change the ride quality. Whether good or bad, it's a personal judgement call. I've done lowering in the past and it road good before and after. Lowering springs are stiffer than stock, they have to be.

My last lowered vehicle went from this....

This was achieved with lowering springs, spindles and shocks for the front. Drop leafs & shackles along with shocks on the back along with a c-notch.

If you can ride in one first, do that. May save you a lot of headache later....
