Exclamation Monroe-Tenneco Quick-Strut update

Stuck killing time before a meeting this morning, so I decided to check with Tenneco's tech line before considering Quick-Struts for my panel(the boing, boing, boing ride is making my wife seasick).

According to the tech rep, the issue has been resolved, but you need to check the boxes for an asterisk (*) after the part number.

So the correct part numbers are 172179L* and 172179R* for LS and LT model HHR's.

If you get Quick-Strut assemblies and the boxes do not have an asterisk after the part number, return them for replacement because they do not have the correct springs.

Hope this helps some of you out.

kyb's and Canuck springs avoided that issue, but this is great news for those who want stock ride height struts and springs
