Assuming you're from Ohio because of your name on this forum, I'll also assume you know that Ohio vehicles are exposed to the same type of weather and winter road treatments as Pennsylvania vehicles.

And assuming this isn't one of those "do as I say, not as I do" things, I'll further assume you must either buy all your vehicles brand new, or travel to different states to purchase your pre-owned vehicles.
