Adjusting the Armrest

Easy fix. Take the armrest off and epoxy a 1/8" or 1/4" piece of metal in the slot. Works like a charm and no need to put your seat back to make up for the lack of engineering on GM's part.

I have a custom seats in mine (my first mod!!) so I can't help anymore.

Although, when I did have stock seats I just did what jshandra did.

Is this what you had to do to your and you say it works.

Z-Man, Yes I did. Works like a charm, easy to do and is a cheap mod. I only wish they made the armrest 3" longer. I'm sure I left my self open for some interesting comments.

I believe this is a case where it needed support and it isn't long enough, who says size dosen't matter!!!

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones whose armrest is situated just right. I'm completely comfortable when using it on the interstate.
