Well some people have said in their new 07's that they do not have tick tock noise....have they already changed out their OEM radios for aftermarket ones?

Goose what I said above is for the 06, there may be changes for the 07s.

 

Ok..just wondering as the 07's I rented had the tick tock noise while there are people here who say that their 07's do not make the noise. Just wondering why that is....it is a pretty loud turn signal

Goose, my PE HHR turn signal is really quiet, so much so that I can't hear that it's on and I drive around with it blinking away like the Old Fart that I must really be.

Hmm that is odd then..wonder why the 07s I was in had such a loud tick tock...maybe after a certain build date they made them quieter? Both these HHR's were built 8/06

First, let me swear to you this is the truth..it is so far fetched you won't belive it, but when I read this thread I was really interested..why? My 07, the left signal makes no noise, the right signal tick-tocks!!! I haven't had to have my first oil change yet..when I take it in (soon) I'm going to have them take a look.

 

My '06 has a very loud blinker while my wife's '07 is very quiet. The wipers do speed up when you pick up speed.
