Can't start. Changed the battery - some clicking and whistle - what could be?

Anything with electric I would replace new if your holding on the car for awhile because why would you want to do the job twice ? Specially alternator and batteries and be done with it ..

replaced the starter yesterday. Pull it out from 2011 HHR. There are a little different connectors, but I did it. So better to use from 2007 if u can find it.
