When our daughter was about five, I think there was a little girl on a TV show that use to wear tennis shoes similar to the paint job on that car.

 

There are two SOM... Sunburst Orange I Metallic that's seen on other Chevrolet models, and there's Sunburst Orange II Metallic that we see on HHR's. The SO2M is the brighter of the two colours.

I like it... it's a colour we don't see too often.

 

We sure love the orange color, it's a good color for the HHR. Our daughter has a Honda Element, jokingly refered to in our house hold as, the Elegant. All we can say is that the orange color of the Elegant is a pretty color, wish it was on our car. Might be kind of nice if they could come out with a green color, maybe a darker shade of green, like a forest green.

I did see an orange one that seemed different the other day, it looked more like a copper color than orange

Hey, Rrailwriter....now I know my eyes weren't playing tricks. I was on 17 going north and I saw a HHR, going down the entrance ramp on the other side. I think it was in Hawiian Bronze (old color from the late 50's early 60's, I believe). Had to be a special paint job. It was up on the North end of Phoenix, not sure where exactly, but close to Cactus. Bet it was the same one.

I bet it was the same one. We live near Paradise Valley Mall, and I saw it at Target, which as you know is on Cactus Rd and Paradise Valley Parkway.
