Cobalt to HHR engine swap

Cobalt to HHR engine swap
I'm new here so, HELP.
I picked up a 2006 cobalt SS totaled in the rear end for a parts car. it still starts and drives (kind of) .I drive a 2008 HHR with a tired 2.2. I had wanted to swap the engine and trans, computers, harness, and exhaust down pipe from the cobalt to my HHR.
Question 1 Has any one done this yet?
2 Is there something I should be looking at in the 2.0L that might fail?
3 Should I have the computer re programed?
I have done engine swaps before, but you can get in to trouble. No one knows all.
Thanks everyone,

At first blush, I'd say that you'll be ahead in both time and money if you ditch the deceased Cobalt, sell your current HHR, and just buy an SS.
Here's a thread on the subject, with a couple of sub-threads linked in it, just click the link below......

Not trying to be a wet blanket, but it's major surgery and something you'd never recoup your investment on.
