I gave you the part numbers the rear bushings are the same for all years of HHR, they will fit!
Many parts aren't listed for the 2011's cause they're just lazy and don't care to confirm fitment!

Apparently we need to update again

Moog has released bushings with the aluminum LCA

K201285

But the K200792 do fit and work fine and are now listed for the HHR,
Just not plated

By default are our lower control arms steel or aluminium? Or does it depend on model year or type or ...?

Could it make sense to replace the complete LCA? As seen here:
Federal-Mogul Motorparts

Would it include all the parts mentioned above by whopper?:
- MOOG "problem solver" Rear Bushing - K200792
- MOOG Ball Joint - K80567
- MOOG front LCA bushings - K200361

Is the part on the left hand side of the picture the rear bushing? If yes, it looks a bit different than K200792 to me.

Just buy the complete MOOG unit and install it that way, that is what I did. Got them off AMAZON.
Just be sure to bring an impact gun, cheater bar, and patience; that rear bolt can be a pain coming out and going in. For me, it was the going in part.

No, it does not include the problem solver rear bushing. Note that it states it is for the "value driven repair". It should be good for many miles.

I use the OEM LCA , drill out the rivets and install the ball joint then press out the bushing and press in a Moog problem solver K200792 bushing, done!
