HHR self repair question

Hi!

I have a 2008 HHR. Somebody backed into me the other day. Dent over the right rear wheel and knocked the rear bumper out a bit.

Any advice on pushing the rear bumper back in and undoing the dent myself? I know I can get touch up paint and I'm not hugely concerned with how the car looks. It's perfectly drivable

Thanks!.

The cover is rubber, Styrofoam under it.

Welcome to the forum. When I got hit in the back the repair shop said that if the styroform is compresser they would have to replace the rear cover. You might want to check that.

Many have found that the Styrofoam often goes missing.
