I have the OBDLink Bluetooth dongle with its free Android app and also Torque Free. Looking for the ability to set/reset alcohol % in particular and more capability generally, free or not too pricey. I know this has been discussed before, but apps and tools improve. Opinions?

 

Most scan tools can’t modify or reprogram the ECM, tuning programming is usually thru a laptop and a tune , such as HP tuners or Trifecta.
