Yeah I know you`re just having fun ( Aren`t you? ) But I sorta-kinda have a claim to that phrase, sorta like 3peat, sorta...
I`d like to say , there aint enough room in this here Forum for (2) "Black Beauty" Prototypes.

I'm pretty sure it was last spring. I had just joined when it was happening. Yup, May 5.

We're all for a National, no matter where! Years ago we belonged to the Late Great Chevy Club and only attended one national show in Des Moines. The others they had were just too far for us at the time.

If this National ends up being at the Dells in Wisconsin, the ones that want to and can, will be there. For some, it's just not going to be possible, FOR THIS ONE. Now, maybe in 2008 it will be held where someone who can't go in 2007 will be able to make it!

It's like anything that you try to plan, you are NOT going to be able to get EVERY person there or please everyone. But eventually down the road, it's gonna hit the jackpot for someone!

It takes alot of hard work and dedication to make plans for an event of this magnatude and the plans have to be made way ahead of the schedule.

All the support anyone can spare will be greatly appreciated, even if this area won't be one you would be able to attend! The long term plans for one the next year might just be the one you're waiting for!

HHR people have been, for the most part, the friendliest group of people I have ever met in my life. Like someone told me, hard to believe that the love of a car has created this many new friends and FAMILY.

To all, have a great week and take care of you!

Just to put my two cents worth in, I'd love to see Wisconsin in the summer. It's one of the few parts of the US I haven't seen before. Mapquest says it's an 18-hour drive from here. I have the vacation time and would love to meet all of you.

Since I would make a stop in St. Louis to see family, I'd much rather have the meet in a more centralized location. Tablerock Lake in southwest Missouri would definitely be my first choice and St. Louis or Kansas City would be second.

As for the date, I'd have to vote for June or July instead of August. Yes, it's hotter but many of our schools have already started by then. Most college students (I have two) head to school then also. The date of the meet will determine whether I have someone to share the driving or if I'd have to travel alone.

Thanks for starting the planning so early. This will give me plenty of time to finance the trip!

Its 15 and half hours and 1000 miles each way. I would have to think about it.
