solved, I came off the fuse on battery, wait for 10 minutes, plugin back, turn on the car and wait a few minutes, maybe 30 minutes or more, and after turning on the heating button and Boom!! , working!!.
everything working fine without any issues, well I get around for 20 minutes and the temperature keep 83 celsius, 84 celsius, down to 82 celsius, so I think is working fine just need to see more the temperature, but the cabin filter was super dirty so I will need to replace. thanks for everyone helping me with ideas... I think the solution for that issues on the exhaust system will be for any vehicle.
I didn't change all exhaust system because the nuts and bold in the flange super rust I don't want now to struggle with that issues, so for after winter will see and replace them, but for the moment I think will be ok. Thanks, guys!!
