Just going by what they told me. It didn't make sence to me. but the 15% they put on the front is almost a perfect match to the factory tint so I'm real happy.

That's what I was trying to do anyway.

I really don't know much about this stuff, that's one reason why I love this forum.

I was asking them to put 15% on the front and 35% on the back. maybe they meant that the 35% wouldn't make much of a difference.

 

the factory tint is 20% so if you added 35% I don't think it would have made a difference.Aslong as your happy..

 

Yeah I am. I didn't want to go with a limo-tint. Just wanted it to look uniform.

 

yea I hear you..I wanted it dark in the back so thats why I ended up putting on limo in the front..I also asked my pops to get me some black vinyl from work so I can add my strip..I'm hoping it wont be to hard to do..I'm also thinking about trying to do my back window myself also.I tryed it on my van but it turned out like poo.I couldn't get all the fingers smoothed out but it had a much larger window than our HHRs.I figure I will just take my time and see what happens..
