I did a few mundane things. I added the rear bumper protector so the dogs do not scratch it getting in and out. I also installed the front license plate bracket since the front plate was attached by screws only and that looked hokey.

Took it in to the body shop to get the damage fixed...got rear ended by a 18 year old gal that was too busy dancing and singing to pay attention to the bright blue car in front of her. Damage was fairly minimal...gonna need a new bumper cover, reinforcement pad, bracket and marker lens. Fortunately she didn't get into any sheetmetal. Good time to replace the LED reverse lights that I installed. They got water in them and crapped out. Stuck with a Nissan Altima coupe for the next couple of days.

Was the host Jon Reep there, he's an old buddy of mine from Hickory NC. Knew him a long time before he became "That Hemi Guy", he's a great guy, but he's always had a plug wire or two off in his head.

My buddy bought some new wheels for His SS, but He thought they were going to be black. Seems to match my fall edition headlights, should I buy them off him ???

The rims look great Sam, if the price is right, go for it!

I fed mine, feel like I was mugged, $59.00 and I still had nearly 1/4 of a tank left.

I got them, always nice to deal with my HHR buddies, I used some of the stuff I had laying around that He didn't have. Aeroforce gauge and mount, 10" blond boars hair brush. So I cleaned out some stuff, and He gets to try again to find a wheel He likes.

I hope the tires I have for it will fit in there, 265x40 rear and 235x45 front, we will see tomorrow.

I filled mine it was 42.00 at 3.99. Drove to Ballard and back, love my panel for the work runs........
