We rolled out to Cape Cod on Tuesday an 11 hour drive just missed my 248,000 mile by a few miles this morning when we got to Race Point Light.
Great weather 70 degrees, no clouds, nothing but blue sky!
Just 24 months ago we were worried sick as Sweetie had just started her fight kicking AML blood cancer to the curb!!
Just 12 months ago we came here, she was doing well after her stem cell transplant, but had issues walking very much, especially in the beach.
Today she walked her 10,000 steps mostly on the beach and she spotted her first whale! It only took her 14 trips since October 2004.
The new BFG Advantage T/A sports are great. No shake when having to liftoff the throttle at speed, so the engine mount was a definite cause of that!

Swapped my original driver seat w/ a performance seat from an auto version. Now I get an arm rest AND the better butt pad. I had an 09 Cobalt SS and I missed the bolstering. LOVE the seat.

Today I had the hood up to keep the squirrels at bay... They don't like it so much with the hood up because they can't hide while they tear stuff up.

Today we toured Craigville Beach, the beach Jackie Kennedy used to take Caroline and John John, stopped by the FourSeas the ice cream shop she frequently took them to, then off to Falmouth, Woodshole and Mashpee.
Another 200 mile day! Hitting 32.6 MPG.

Had wiper arm issues & went to Advance Auto parts and bought the replacement bushing kit. Then was pleasantly surprised to discover that the problem was 15mm wiper arm nut was loose. Problem solved!!

I took mine to Radford for the Highland Games, good day excepts the idiots going to the Virginia Tech game trying to drive faster the traffic and were cutting from one lane to the other and flying by at least 20 over the limit and traffic was running over the limit and I was glad when I got past Blacksburg. The games were enjoyable.

All black for winter. Brand new Continental ContiVikingContacts. Can't wait for spring to change the whitewalls again. :)
