Huh. 1/8”. On the rear, I wouldn’t hesitate to drive those for awhile. What are they? Could be good for as much as another 10,000 miles. But I love livin’ on the edge.

Rear Stone and Chip Guard

Went to the local Pull-A-Part and got the hard pastic rear stone/chip guards off a black HHR a few weeks ago. Sanded, primed, painted and clear coated them over the last couple of weeks. The weather was nice so I took a heat gun to the well-worn vinyl and installed the palstic ones with 3M tape. Still need to pull off the vinyl form the bottom piece and put new on, but it made a huge difference.

Very well done!
Today we are off to Fort Erie, a trip to our favourite restaurant for burgers and tasty food. It’s kinda a traditional thing the first Monday in March.

I spent an hour maybe two down stairs, cleaned up the gunmetal SS 18’s and stacked them to store until the weather clears up, I usually wait until April 15th to swap the winter tires to summer tires, but I might do it earlier like March 21 st or so.

They’re gonna look great on the BlackSwan

Stacked in my vertical wheel and tire rack , just one more month, we’ll see maybe two or three weeks.

Drove to the park today and took a walk on the trails.
2 miles (3.2 K) that's for the North friends. About an hour of wearing out the sneakers.
Getting ready to play golf and walk the course.
