What kind of car did you give up for your HHR?

2003 Chevy blazer LS.

this is the first vehicle I actually really LOVED. I couldn't help but give her a kiss on the rear window before we pulled away.

I loved everything on her, except the mileage...

that truck was the biggest thing me and my wife (long time girlfriend at the time) had ever purchased. We had the truck when we where married... when we moved... that's the first vehicle my son had ever been in.

It sucked giving her up... felt kind of like dropping a dog off at the vet to be let down. only to go to the shelter to get a new one.

Oh well....

Now i got this 06 in the driveway... she looks smokin, even stock.

i guess its kinda like trading in your wife for the "new model". LOL

1997 Dodge Ram 1500, 117,000 miles........ It was kinda hard saying goodbye to the old truck, we had a lot of good miles together.

Didn't trade but I drove a 1989 Astro Van. I still have it, I couldn't part with it not to mention I couldn't get much for it. The thing rides nice but what a gas hog.

1990 Jaguar XJ6 "CLSYCAT" high maintinance. Beautiful, classy, 23 mpg. 25 gal tank, and fast... did a lot of Jag shows with this car. Joan raced it for about four years. Started loosing my eye sight... got rid of the Jag and my 69 elCamino SS
