already did and Bill did it last night! AWESOME Customer service!

the parameters are limited like Turbofreak said, its gonna take some time to get that taken care of by HPT, but at least we can make changes...like the 155mph limiter, lol

actaully I am hoping for some cooling changes, the HHR runs a lot warmer than the Cobalt 2.0 would like to tune that down a little and of course the TM and boost controls :)

The torque is capped 2 ways. One is boost which you can take away by
using manual or elec boost controller but the other is electronic throttle, ETC,
which the cpu uses to put u in limp mode if boost exceeds 20 psi for 3 sec.
That can be fixed with a IAT2 regulator from Dejon Dave ( do Google search )
but the pcm still has unexplored areas not understood yet. This Bosch 9.6
controller is WAY different from others in use in USA and HPT has a hard task.
Best wishes to them and a big thanks for help so far.

It's official H/P Tuners is now supporting the HHR/SS and the tune will be going into my HHR on the 11th...Bill is saying roughly 30 extra horses just from the tune and this is just the beta version...More to come Thanks Bill
Any results yet? My review of the download (read) of the HHR SS VCM shows some interesting things, although not necessarily super useful yet. The Torque Management table only goes out to 4000 rpm, so does that mean there is no limitation above that? 6th gear is referenced in various tables, so perhaps the VCM is "6 speed ready". The speed limiter really is set at 155 mph! I think the key to doing a good tune will rely on increased boost along with fuel enrichment (at the risk of stating the obvious).
