We're definitely going to check those too. When we replaced the 1/2" with 3/8" hose, I got new check valves that had -6AN fitting ends. That way we can screw the 3/8" hose right into the check valves.

Maybe the PCV in the dirty feed, and the check valve on the clean back to the manifold is overbearing and causing the whine?

I Got some digging to do on the Internet!

In an effort to leave no stone unturned, is the drain valve closed all the way on the catch can?

It should be, but it's funny, my brother asked me the same thing (and he's the one who installed it). We will check that too just to be safe.

Where is the MAF in all of this? That could be causing the ESC part.

Can you go back and install the PCV stock and see what happens?

The MAF is in the same location, just in the ZZP high flow intake. I can't install the stock PCV because I'm running the TTR manifold.

Drove with ESC off and got boost! Little more than light throttle I was seeing 2-6psi. Mid throttle (nothing above 4000rpm) I saw around 11psi.

Now to get the car aligned...

Correct - Press and hold traction button until the computer reads "ESC OFF".

Got the car aligned, so no more ESC randomly activating (good!). Driving the car back the car still feels like it isn't getting boost when it should, but I can hear the turbo spooling while driving, so something is up. Finally the check engine light came on and I no longer had boost. I can't get my hands on the tech 2 until tomorrow to scan and see what the codes are.

Here's the video showing what happened, noticed the boost was light (around 3000-3500RPM) but it immediately dropped and the check engine light came on.
