Low oil pressure??!!

True , drop the oil pan and remove one main bearing cap at a time , then one rod bearing at a time . Why spend money on a new engine if it’s just a weak pun spring.

idk much about these motors but can you physically replace the bearings and be fine or does it require to be rebuilt

If you spun a bearing you need to machine the journal to clean up any bearing surface damage. To keep balance, I usually turn all four rod bearings.
It’s a pull the engine event, and take it to a machine shop .

yea I've done it on a crown vic but that was a much simpler task this motor is a ***** to pull out

Not really, it can be hoisted out the top! It’s just a tad tight!
