Performance pass seat on 09?
Driver and passenger performance seats: These available seats are trimmed in UltraLux
The above is a line from the 09 ordering guide, does that really mean that the passenger seat is now available with the performance seat look?

I don't think so. According to the '09 ordering guide the passenger and rear seats are the same as RPO AR9. There is a note in the order guide under RPO AE4, the GMPD drivers seat, that states as follows:
1 - Front passenger seat and rear
seat are the same as (AR9) Premium
Cloth with UltraLux insert front
bucket seats. Driver seat cushion
and passenger seat cushion will
have a complementary appearance
but are not identical in color
scheme, size or shape. Not
available with (13C) Ebony/Gray
Premium Cloth with UltraLux inserts
interior color.
