Just remember all the rules that V8 racers have to obey and still run crazy fast. OOh my alcohol burning high boost with nitrous 4 cylinder runs 7.5 seconds.
My 118 octane naturally aspirated V8 with two carburators (no EFI) runs in the 6 second range
all depends on power to weight and if you can launch it at the start.
