Adding radio buttons on steering wheel
Jeremy, yes except for the Bezel (cover) I believe it is 15234337. Look on page 33 of this thread and oneton's posts. But these are the part no's I ordered from GM parts direct. You might try Lone Star Chevy by you or Monday Chevy N. Fwy, both have been very helpful to me.

I believe there are two different colors from what I remember reading. The difference would be one color for the 2007 and a different one for the 2006.
Doesn't make any difference what color your interior is...the steering wheel controls are the same color bot both tan and cashmere, at least in 2006.

Jereme,
My 07 silver bezel p/n 15281577 has been on oreder for several month now from Robbins Chevrolet. We used a vin# on the lot that had the exact part I need to be sure. I guess some are getting them threw gmpartsdirect.com but its basically trice the price with shipping vs picking it up locally?
Let me know how things work out.

The wire harness that you have will work what you have to do is move two wires because there is a early production and late production most 07 are late production. on the radio side of the harness you need to move wire from slot 1 to 4 & 4 to 1. ON THE HARNESS just swap them a black wire with a white tracer & a blue wire. Look at the harness on one side you can see holes that show you the wire locks, take a pin and just push down on the lock a little as you pull out the wire. do the same on the other one. swap wires and push back in the same way it came out with lock tap up. try to pull wire out if it just slide out look at lock tab and just pull up a little so when you push it back in it will catch in the hole that you pushed it down in OK take a drink of whatever you need.
On the cruise side same thing, But you can look at your old harness and move the wires to the same slots on the new harness as the old. Just be sure your looking at both harness from the same side with little holes up. install the new harness and it will work.
Why GM did this I have no clue???? Just to see if TECH are thinking or just to mess with them/us
If you want PM your # and I will give you a call to help you through it.
I wish I had a scanner I could scan the wire diag. and post it

OK folks...here's the diagram that oneton faxed to me. Hope this will help with what you need. It is downloaded at my angelfire site and I'll leave it there permanently, so anyone going thru this thread can view and save it if they like.

move 3 to 7 and 6 to 3 on the cruise side (left)
and 4 to 1 on the radio side (right)
What other wire needs to be moved?
the picture is kind of blurry so I may not be seeing everything right.
