Welcome to the site

The only way to program the key fobs is with a scan tool. Dealer or a shop with a GM scan tool

And to add to that, a dealer will charge between $30-80 or so to program the remotes to work with the car. If it was bought from a GM dealer, it would be worthwhile to ask them about the remotes, as they should have come with the car, but they may reprogram yours for free (hey, it never hurts to ask :)....).

Hopefully the remotes you have are the correct ones, as they do require a specific remote.

Did you receive more than one (1) key? If not, they too need to be programmed, but that you can likely do yourself via: https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/how-tutorial-library-21/new-key-how-program-7560/

Welcome to the site and as Oldblue mentioned above you have to take the remotes to your local dealership to have them programmed.
