IMO only the CIA. They've been doing shady **** for as long as they've existed including bombings, assassinations, causing political upheavals and power shifts, training, backing, and supplying terrorist and gorilla units through out the world, basically causing general mayhem all over the world and US. So I guess in way you could consider the CIA the terrorist branch of the US government. But George Bush a terrorist?

Yeah... also according to kanye, ronald reagan introduced crack to the ghetto in order to stop the black panthers, the government in general injected the aids virus into poor black people so that it would spread through the minorities, and that the government has the cure for aids........ The measure of any nation is the number of people that want in vs. the number that want out. Immigration vs. emmigration. New citizens vs. ex-patriates. I think that pretty much sums up the greatness of America.
