If it still works I'll buy it off of you to pay the phone bill for being on hold so long trying to find the owner and I'll just live with the fact that I made a good thing outta sombodies misfortune. At least it will free you from the prison of guilt you must certianly face.

How do you know how it ended up where it was. Calling someone irresponsible because something may, for example, fallen out of their pocket does not make a person irresponsible. Or were you not clear enough in your post commentary and you meant if a "finder" left it, it would be irresponsbile?

 

even if it did FALL out of thier pocket, etc.. they are still irresponsible or just stupid to not check thier pockets...

i check my pockets ALL THE TIME even when i dont go to the bathroom...

so im the stupid one if i dont check and look around for something i might loose thats worth money....now if it was some ball point pen or something worth $5, no biggie... but something worth 400 like an ipod or my cell phone, them im a total dumbass for not making sure i have it on me...
