Passenger ejector seat test module going thu its test cycle...its looking for weight on the seat sensor and then sends a signal back to the control unit to either arm or default off the system. Just remember, never NEVER touch the red button while moving unless you absolutely intend to activate the system. It has a failsafe that defaults off anytime there is no signal from the speed sensor, that way if your parking(remember-accidents cause people!) or toking or just eating donuts while watching the sunset it wont inadvertently activate.
