I saw the news and I understand the DNA did not match , but drop the case all together? This guy is really messed up and needs some serious help, even if he is not guilty. Guess if I get stopped for drunk driving and no evidence is at hand then the fact that I ran several Stop signs and was speeding is not a factor. What is the world coming to ????

 

They are not dropping it all together. They are charging him on unrelated child molestation charges from 2001. He's not walking away free.

 

Couldn't agree with you more!! Doesn't seem like this guy should be out there running around loose right now. For his own sake if not for that of others!

 

They have not released this kook just yet, just dropped the charges in the Ramsey case that were pending. He has been returned to the Boulder County Jail awaiting extradition back to California to answer to the child pornography charges still pending there. This guy has some serious mental health issues that need to be addressed to say the least. It's no wonder his wife divorced him and has a restraining order against him preventing him from seeing their children. He is obviously one very mental deranged individual to admit to such a horrific crime that he obviously did not commit. Hopefully, he will be incarcerated for a very long time in one fashion or the other, because in my opinion, he is a menace to society.
