I tried to subscribe on GM Owner Center but apparently only US citizens can have an account... The Canadian version of the site is quite useless.

And I'm having a H^%$ of a time trying to log in. In seems I continually get a pop up saying, "Not Responding".

Its back to that again huh? That's why I'm unhappy with the changeover, its mighty clunky compared to what they just did away with.
