I think Spring Hill may have had a separate agreement. A relative by marriage used to work at the old Delco plant in Oak Creek, WI. He went to Spring Hill. They operated very differently there. Everyone was on salary and they still got OT. If work was slow, they went in and played cards or watched TV because they got paid anyway and part of the agreement was that they show up for work, even if there was no work.
