Yes as Snoopy said you have to be 50 to have an AARP membership and that membership number was requested toward the end of the estimate process. I felt I was never dealing with AARP employees and that I was clearly dealing with someone with a Hartford affiliation.

They did have an option which I paid a little extra for and that was an accident forgiveness option - just in case, but like any insurance, claim time is the true test of an insurance company.
