Flow testing and machine cleaning will cost as much as replacing them About $85.

Part numbers can be found quite easily on GM parts sites, eBay, GoOgle, probably in the frequently used parts thread on this site.

Here is a pic of the gasket kit

As far as I know the ceramic parts are only available in the kit. The red and black O-ring come with new injectors also.
