Is there anything I can use along with a microfiber cloth to wash one panel at a time? It's too cold to bring out the hose and bucket and wash it right now. I used something called fantastic which comes in a green bottle. I washed the front door and it did an amazing job

Fantastic will clean off all the wax and then your paint! Why not use an automotive spray detailing solution, there are several brands, I have used Mother’s and Maguires, and Adams, Chemical Guys.

I just looked at my HHR and after several snow falls and automatic car washes, it's still looking good. Before it got cold I used Turtle Wax Ceramic. I knew it wasn't a gimmick because it got rave reviews on other car forums but I was still skeptical. Turns out it's a great bang for the buck and you can pick it up virtually anywhere.

Very easily to apply.

Turtle wax has really stepped up their game lately.

Any brushes that reach into the back of the running boards? Having trouble with the bristles reaching that area when I wash the car.

This type of brush works ok, but it’s still not perfect.
