Well, after a pretty crappy day, I am home from the cruise and car show. Jason is on his way back to Howell as I type this. The cruise was ok, you had to goto different "pit stops" and get a ticket, some of the places had free food and drink and prizes. It rained the whole time during the cruise portion of the day. It finally let up as we got into the car show. We got our cars all cleaned up looking good then it rained again for a lil bit. We didnt win any awards but there was close to 400 cars in the car show. I almost had to kick some punk kids ass for a comment he made about our HHR's as he kicked the front bumper of my car. I yelled at him and they kept walking, its a good thing he didnt stop, cause I might have needed some bail money,lol. All and all it was a decent time, it kinda sucked not having the whole"gang" there with us. I took a few pics, and will try to post them sometime tomorrow. Didnt get to many upclose shots of any of the other cars, but took a few of mine and Jason's rides and a couple other cars. There was ALOT of Vettes there, but the main sponsor/promoter of the car show/community cruise was Flag City Corvette Club.

I can't believe someone actually kicked your car. Sounds to me like he needed a good beating down

 

djr... some punk kicked your car? Why the hell? I think regardless if he kept walking or not I would have been on him right quick.

 

I yelled at the guy, I gotta watch my p's and q's yet for a while,lol, still on probation for 8 more months yet.

 

They never would have found the body....... Just sayin'

 

Yeah I hear that... gettin in trouble with the law won't go over favorably with your PO I'm sure.

Agreed though

 

it was a blast but I used a full tank of gas to drive down around and back up. it wouldnt have been to bad but the city driving and spinning the tires away from every stop killed my mileage.

I didnt take to many, there was lots of people, and that made it hard to get any good pics of the cars there.
