Well I really wanted to post some pics tonight, but the foam wasn't cooperating and didn't cure enough to begin sculpting. Still kept busy on the project and got quite a bit done... Just nothing that would warrant any more pictures. I will be back at it hard on Thursday, weather permitting :)

Bummer, it felt like it was Christmas morning getting up in eager anticipation of great presents under the tree only to find coal in the stocking!

You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch.
You really are a heel.
You're as cuddly as a cactus,
You're as charming as an eel,
Mr. Grinch.

Sorry Ben, couldn't resist, we'll be patient....honest.

Thanks for taking the Grinch in the spirit it was intended Ben, we're all following your project with fascination, admiration, and no small amount of awe at your talents.

Just for inspiration, or drooling, dig this immaculate 1953 Buick Series 50 Super Estate on factory Kelsey-Hayes wire wheels. What a looker, eh Ben?

That is one gorgeous ride!!! Thanks for the pic Mike!!!

The - B U I C K - script across the top of the grille on the 53's is what inspired me to place the - B U I C K - in the opening between my hood and bumper. It is different twist on the original. The top chrome strip on my grille doesn't have the mass of the old 53 so putting the letters in the same location would've required them to be so small that they would have gotten lost.
