For those of you who have been following my progress, encouraging me, and giving me the confidence to really push the envelope with my project, I would like to offer up my apologies for a lack of updates on the Bijou as of late... I am currently working full-time, attending a Masters degree program for industrial design, preparing to move to another state (packing, editing possessions, etc...), and being a dad and husband. Whew!!!
But on the plus side, I will be living in Georgia and will have a much bigger weather window for working on auto body projects in the not so distant future!
Thanks for everyone who has been so supportive and encouraging during this maiden voyage of automotive transformation :)

 

Well when you explain it that way, we will wait, patiently till ya'll can get back to work on it.

Heck Ben, no apologies needed, and personally I'm pleased that your Master's program is coming along and that we'll soon have you here in the Southland AKA The Land That Rust Forgot.

Your updates are like presents at Christmas, you can attack the pile under the tree in one go, or take your time opening each package.

Being that the Bijou is a work of art as much as it is a complete conceptual package, we'll force ourselves to open it a bit at a time, instead of sitting in a pile of wrapping paper being bummed that Santa has gone for another year.

 

If'n ya'll are close to the I95 thru Georgia, maybe see you next trip to Florida in April '16

Put some new shoes and spacers on the Bijou this evening...it was too dark when I got home for pictures, will take and post them tomorrow :)

 

Should of had these up sooner, but better late than never I guess
