Thanks, guys! It was a classic case of beginners luck if there ever was one! Kind of like when I played hockey in an adult novice league. Scored a goal on the first shift of my first game and then never even came close again in 4 years of league play. Seriously, the GM show was a blast and I certainly look forward to our stalwart group hitting that one again next year, and maybe a couple others as well.

Doesn't look like the Fairgrounds Cruise is a candidate for an organized GTG. I'll probably go just for the experience so if anyone else is there just look for the orange car.

We definitely gotta do Powertrain again next year. After our strong showing in our first appearance, we'll be the (unofficial) club to beat in our class.
