FYI, the delaer parts department can look up VIN attributes in their system, this does give them the complete RPO list on the vehicle by VIN. That said, any dealer, and now anyone who has an account with RepairLink can look up GM RPO codes by VIN.

Or you can go to the TOOLS dropdown at the top of this page and choose VIN decoder.
When it comes to fobs it doesn't matter since all HHR came with a fob for door locks. Remote start was not standard on 2010-2011 models and some "fleet" orders had remote start deleted.

My '08 2LT has remote start. I never get to use it as I park inside. But in testing, it worked fine.
