Just change the coils and checked the computer harness pins and tighten the fuse box, got the same thing. checked codes again and got P0107, P0651, P2101 and P2119. Also I checked the part No. on coils and they all where the same.

the CPS needs to be relearned.
Are you sure about the coils? I thought only the 2.2 used the single coil in 2006.

Those codes are the 5V ref circuitry is broken somewhere. One of them makes the computer think the throttle is not working.

I believe so, part no. on old and new are 12578224. I am not sure of the year of the motor but doing some research on the exhaust gasket the first year that match was 2008

How do I check for that, and could it be the computer. Just a little history. when I first try to start the car it would not start. The security light was on and I try to reset it. Did not work. I then thought I had cross a wire that was ground and put it on the starter hot post, the door locks went crazy. disconnected the wire from the starter and put it back to ground. The security light does go out when I turn the ignition switch on after a few seconds. Not sure if I messed up the computer, hopefully not. Need to be honest so that I am not chasing my tail.

P0107 is no voltage to the MAP.
P0651 is the #2 5V ref is bad at the APP sensor 1, the CKP, throttle position senor 1 and throttle position sensor 2. So at least one of those has a short in it or the wire is broken.
P2101 means the throttle actuator position isn't working right (because the 5V ref probably)
P2119 means the throttle is closed (the 5V ref again)

5V ref is the lt green wire to all of those modules except it is the gray wire on the throttle body..

The large red wire on the starter continues on the the alternator and comes from the battery. I am not sure what wire you screwed with, but it sounds like you may have shorted the battery no telling what that could have done.

FYI, the motor crank over only when I clear the codes, check engine light does not go off and codes P0107 and P2119 never clears. The security light has the pad lock closed even though the light does goes out. What do you think?

If the security light is off it does not matter what the symbol is.
Like I said earlier the computer thinks the throttle is closed, why bother cranking?

Which throttle body did you use?
