Hmmmm🤔
I thought I replied to this thread but don't see it. 🤷‍♂️🤣
I jumped the fan from cigarette lighter +/- and it works.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram they can send me that I can print.
I read some of the threads related to this issue. Thank you Donbrew👍
Could it be the resistor mentioned in the thread you sent me?

There have been several questions/suggestions/points put forward. Before you start tearing things apart for testing, you really should try to respond to them. I can't see where you have responded to any of them.

Is there some reason the schematic in the thread I linked doesn't work for you? There are lots of ways to print it out if you can't see it.
If the resistor pac is bad the fan works on high speed only, not doesn't work. If you jump the orange wire and the black wire on the switch it bypasses the resistor pack and should make the fan run.

Sorry for the delay guys
I take care of my elderly mother and it's 24/7. Not a lot of spare time 🥵
I am doing all this on my phone
I can't read the schematics on here. I downloaded the schematic from the thread donbrew sent but it is not in my downloads🤷‍♂️
I am not a techy but I can print a pdf from my email if it can be sent that way.
In my responses #10 and 11 above I explained some previous steps taken.
Since then I have checked both fuse boxes are tight, tested all fuses, everything else in the vehicle works.
The blower fan under the passenger side dash works when wired direct to cigarette lighter +/- plug wires.
I have NO power to the plug for the fan control knob. I have replaced or tested all previously mentioned relays/modules/fuses critical to the HVAC operation.
If someone can tell me which wire to the plug to the dash control knob is the hot/power wire and which is the ground I can trace them to see if that is the issue.
Is the power to the dash control knob coming from one of the plugs to the back of the dash panel? Everything else in the panel appear to be working.
All lights work properly when I push or twist the controls. AC pump clutch engages when prompted by controls.
The control knob turns on/off as it should, just no fan, not on low, high or anywhere in between.
Hope this information answers all your responses and I am very grateful for all your help guys 🙏🏽😎

I have identified the wires already. Here goes again:

There is NO hot wire to the switch; it switches ground.
The fan is fed 12V from the fuse box and the other side is ground to the switch and resistors.
If you connect the orange and the black wire on the switch the fan should run bypassing the resistors.

Here is a pdf schematic:

Thank you for the PDF Donbrew.
I printed it and saved it to my phone.
still can't read the print but was able to understand where the wires go.
Attached what I'm seeing/reading from the PDF below 🤷‍♂️🤔
Checked all fuses, etc again. All good.
started the car and the fan controls all worked like they're supposed to.
I didn't replace or jiggle ANYTHING
Started the car multiple times and tried it without starting, key on.
ALL WORKED.
Put the dash back together, cowl back together. Started the car and (insert bad word here) NO FAN CONTROLS.
In the off position it turns the light in the temp control knob OFF. Turn the fan control knob to on, it illuminates the light on the temp control knob.
The fan doesn't work on any settings including high.
Any thoughts?
Thanks, ET

You don't understand the basic operation. Look in your Owner Manual (available via link in my sig).

The light in the dial indicates if the AC is on. The AC will not run unless the fan is on. The button in the center of the knob turns the AC on/off. The AC runs in defrost mode and recirc mode with no indication.

Sorry my explanation wasn't clear.
I understand how all the controls work.
Simple explanation is.
The knob that controls the fan speeds does not work.
None of suggested fixes worked.
Yesterday I took the controls back out of the dash, took it apart to look for obvious damage to the circuit boards.
NO burns or obvious damage.
No damage to the 3 plugs to the unit.
I took the fan control switch apart.
No obvious damage.
I ordered a new fan control switch that should arrive tomorrow.
Attached pics of circuit boards

Then why are you worrying about the light? It has nothing to do with the fan unless you are using the AC.

When the AC is on does the fan activate/deactivate the light and/or the AC compressor?

There is enough info in the schematic to test continuity in the switch
If the switch is good the only other thing could be the ground. The only other connection to the switch is the on/off signal to the BCM. which is also ground.
I don't know if you might have damaged something by "jumping" 12 volts to the ground side of the fan.
