I had this whine when I changed my water pump too. The tensioner on that chain has to be reset to get the whine to go away. It should be fine for quite a while but be aware that if you haven't had the timing chain changed recently then when you do you may have to replace the pump again at the same time.

Ok update after water pump install car ran but it was rough a friend discovered a broken or severed vacuum hose. Nest day I see check charging system then felt it dying cause I was losing power steering. Been waiting on my ex to fix it and today noticed broken belt hanging underneath.
I will update when I learn which belt it is

There’s only the serpentine drive belt for the alternator and AC compressor, possibly the tensioner pulley seized. There are 2 possible belts depending on the AC compressor clutch . Read throughly the 2006 listing in the RockAuto page previously posted.

Update

After being stranded for a week or should I say another week my ex finally showed to fix the belt so I thought....he says air compressor ceased causing belt to break. So I'm gonna be stuck one more day.
At least my windows are rolled up and I can lock my doors now.
Someone stole my clothes and my dead sisters make up case today. It's been a rough week. I just wanna get back to work and out of this parking lot.
