2011 AC/Heat fan question

2011 AC/Heat fan question

Ill cut my fan setting to the off position, but no matter if it's on AC or heat it feels like it continues to blow after its been turned off.

Has anyone else experienced this?

You may have a blend door sticking slightly open, or you might have a bad fan speed switch or resistor in the controls. Being that its a 2011 and under warranty, have it checked at the dealer.

All fans blow slightly when they are in "off" position. Helps vent the vehicle. I think it's called "Flow through ventilation", an old GM invention.

Positive airflow..required by regulations so one cannot choke on exhaust fumes while in traffic or stopped or parking or whatever with eng running...all vehicles do this
