My sunroof does not function,. Hatch opens/closes/latches just fine, but will not lock with the rest of the doors. Fuse #10 seems fine.
Back story: just had cooling fan and control module replaced by my local shop after a couple days of back and forth trying to diagnose. In the midst of that, sunroof died. On a business trip away from home, just discovered that hatch is not locking either.
I have my multimeter & some tools with me. Any suggestions where to look? I know the rear door shares some power with sunroof, can these problems be related? Anything under the hood that the shop could have messed up while trying to diagnose the cooling fan problem?

The liftgate and sunroof are on the same 20A fuse #10, #11 should be empty.

 

I checked fuse 10, all good. I will double check that 11 is empty as soon as I can get back to the car (I'm stuck in a downtown hotel environment for the next week or so.)

 

The hatch is not locking? Does it open when you push the button?

 

Well, turns out that the shop guys did stick a fuse in slot 11. So that solved the hatch issue. Still haven't figured out the sunroof though.
